At Beauty Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, all beauty products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Beauty Outlet account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton with the original packing slip included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
